REVIEWS.io transition

Our first step in integrating REVIEWS.io was migrating Day Owl’s current reviews from Yotpo. Review aggregation apps have many nuances to consider- from the tricky task of migrating current reviews, to developing product groupings, and blocking reviews on certain products.

The bl!nk team assured the migration was seamless, working closely, hand in hand with the REVIEWS.io team to achieve a successful integration in under two weeks. Once the initial migration was complete, the bl!nk team was then able to integrate REVIEWS.io into its platform so it works just as well (even better in fact) on bl!nk than it does on a regularly hosted Shopify site.

Internal website control

Day Owl was the first site to transition to headless via bl!nk to improve site speed and to make internal updates a breeze. Our primary goal was to make this as easy of a website as possible for the Day Owl team to completely control ongoing. From routine homepage changes and new landing page designs to full product launches – we wanted Day Owl to feel completely self reliant. Thanks to bl!nk’s visual page builder and its CMS, their team is able to handle all of the above and more – with no reliance on an outside agency or a developer.
